Artist's Comments

Basically, a school friend once told me she would give me 10 euros if I made her a picture of a girl kissing a guy while she was on the tips of her toes.

This is the result =)

To be honest, I still don't think it's worth those ten euros, and I'll probably refuse them once I hand her the picture. I just hope she will like this final result, because I'm satisfied though.

I couldn't scan it decently, so this is a photograph taken of it, but the quality isn't THAT poor. I'll try to replace it with a scan when I can, I just want to show you the work now ^^

Done completely in grey pencils. and it probably took me hours to get to this result.

Comments are very welcome, because I really really need the feedback these days..

Looks really sweet, you get a sence of 'weight' with the girl so that's good.
Nice shading on the trousers too.

Et je voulais accompagner mais j'ai examens =(

Je te promets, la prochaine fois que le mot 'Montpellier' tombe, je vais harceler la personne pour que je puisse l'accompager =P

nan j'etais à paris pour un entretien une semaine avant et le billet m'avait couté assez cher XD du coup pas revnouvellé l'opération! mais ya une petite chance pour que je continue mes études sur paris l'an prochain on pourra ptèt plus facilement se croiser j'espère! en tout cas dès que tu es dans le sud de la france dis le moi!!!!

that's easy to tell with one single question: what language do you prefer above any other language to speak?

xD (in my case, that's English =P and since we both understand that language, then why not? : D )

and the shading was a PAIN. But hey, practise makes perfect I guess. . .

Compared to English, Dutch is a horrible language! xD

Haha, yeah, shading is always my least favourite part, takes AGES to get it right the way I want it! But like I said, you did fab ;D
